Vendor Due Diligence
- Conduct vendor interviews and site visits
- Perform client referrals interviews and site visits
- Select preferred solution and alternate solution
Contract Negotiations
- Review and evaluate standard contracts
- Develop contractual performance & acceptance criteria
- Develop contracting timeline
- Negotiate letter of understanding
